Companies will have their Workplace Safety and Health compliance histories listed on the Manitoba Government web-site.

Labour Minister Jennifer Howard will announce the controversial move today along with a full review of the Workplace Safety and Health Act and the way the Workers Compensation Board sets its rates.

CJOB News has also learned the province is in talks with police to start applying criminal liability laws when a workplace death occurs.
