Organized Labour has been fighting against the suppression of legitimate WCB claims by employers for year’s now, with incremental success.

But now there’s a variation we call “Medical Claim Suppression”, the denial of benefits to claimants by ignoring advice and directives from the injured workers’ family doctor and specialists the injured worker has been referred to.
