Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We invite you to play a role in ensuring organized labour is a permanent part of the Winnipeg Folk Festival!

So far, Manitoba Unions have contributed $34,000 to revitalize the Folk Festival site. With a total contribution of $50,000, the Winnipeg Folk Festival will erect a permanent gateway to the family area recognizing Manitoban Unions, and listing all the unions that have contributed.

We feel this is a wonderful tribute to recognize our contribution not only to the Folk Festival, but also to the well-being of families across Manitoba.

The site revitalization is the most ambitious and important project in the festival’s history and we need your help to ensure another 40 years. We hope you will consider a donation to help us reach our labour goal and the overall goal to revitalize the site.
